The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Influencer Manager to take Fabric Social’s influencer offering to the next level. As an experienced member of the team, you’ll own the influencer strategy across multiple clients and pitches, manage and mentor junior team members, and nurture senior client and agent relationships. You’ll combine data-driven insight with cultural instinct, spotting trends and rising stars before they break and building long-term creator programmes that ladder back to overarching brand platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Strategic Planning & Leadership: Collaborate with the Director to lead influencer strategy development for pitches and live campaigns, ensuring influencer activations are deeply connected to brand platforms and business objectives. Advise clients and internal teams on emerging influencer trends, platforms, and cultural shifts, acting as a go‑to expert. Work with the Director to evolve our influencer product, processes, and measurement frameworks. Support SOW scoping and ensure influencer work is profitable and efficient.
  • Talent Sourcing, Vetting & Contracting: Oversee discovery and recommendation of influencer talent, using tools and trend knowledge to build best‑fit rosters across celebrity, macro, micro, and UGC creators. Approve vetting decisions, ensuring demographic alignment, brand safety, and content quality. Negotiate complex contracts and fees with agents or talent directly; support the Influencer Manager on drafting and reviewing contracts. Maintain and grow senior‑level agent and talent relationships to unlock premium opportunities.
  • Campaign Oversight & Client Leadership: Own end‑to‑end delivery of influencer campaigns, ensuring timelines, creative quality, usage rights, and approvals are tightly managed. Act as senior client contact for influencer workstreams, providing updates, handling escalations, and influencing client roadmaps. Present strategies, PCAs, and insights to senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity. Partner with both internal and inter‑agency teams to amplify influencer content across channels for maximum impact.
  • Performance & ROI: Set KPIs and measurement approaches for influencer campaigns. Analyse performance data to evaluate ROI and provide actionable insights for optimisation and future planning. Share learnings across the agency to continually raise the bar for influencer work.
  • Team Development & Process: Line‑manage and mentor the Influencer Manager. Implement and refine influencer processes, ensuring operational excellence and consistency across projects. Champion a collaborative culture where creators are treated as true creative partners.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator relations, either agency‑side or in‑house.
  • Proven Leadership: Track record of leading influencer strategies.
  • Networked: Strong existing relationships with talent agents, managers, and creators.
  • Strategic & Commercial: Ability to connect influencer activity to wider brand strategy, client goals, and commercial outcomes.
  • Data‑Literate & Culturally Tuned‑In: Comfortable with analytics tools and reporting, but equally driven by instinct for rising talent, platform shifts, and cultural trends.
  • Negotiator & Communicator: Confident in high‑level negotiations, contracts, and presenting to senior clients.
  • Multi‑Tasker: Skilled at juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines while maintaining high standards of delivery.

It’d Be a Bonus If…

  • You’ve built or scaled ambassador/advocacy programmes.
  • You have experience with celebrity or global talent contracting.
  • You’re confident managing influencer budgets and P&L.
  • You’ve contributed to thought‑leadership or industry events on influencer marketing.

What You’ll Get

  • A senior, high‑impact role at one of the UK’s fastest‑growing social agencies.
  • The opportunity to shape and grow our influencer discipline and work with future‑shaping brands.
  • A culture that values ownership, creativity, and maverick thinking.
  • 25 days holiday + your birthday off.
  • Hybrid working (3 days in our Shoreditch office).
  • A supportive, ambitious environment where your strategic and leadership skills can thrive.
