Fabric Social is the maverick of social agencies. We specialise in building brands through best‑in‑class content, trend‑first creative, and community‑first thinking. We’re not just about reach; we’re about resonance. We nourish communities and create social ecosystems that pull audiences in, not just push content out.
As we continue our journey from scale‑up to social powerhouse, we’re strengthening our delivery engine and looking for a Project Manager who can bring organisation, structure and confidence to how we deliver work every day.
The Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager with strong delivery instincts, brilliant organisational skills and the confidence to run projects day‑to‑day. You’ll be responsible for keeping work moving smoothly behind the scenes, owning timelines, scopes, workflows and resourcing across your projects. This is a hands‑on role at the heart of Fabric, sitting between Client Services, Creative and Production. You’ll bring clarity to complexity, anticipate risks before they become issues, and ensure brilliant ideas are delivered brilliantly, on time and in scope.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll manage the operational delivery of projects across your accounts, owning timelines, project plans, scopes and dependencies.
- You’ll build and maintain detailed project plans from scratch, ensuring deadlines, deliverables and risks are clearly tracked and managed.
- You’ll be the owner of day‑to‑day delivery tools and processes (including Productive, Trello and Google Sheet trackers), ensuring projects are set up correctly, information is up to date and teams have what they need to deliver efficiently.
- Acting as the bridge between account teams and resourcing, you’ll ensure workstreams are resourced effectively and bookings align to scope.
- You’ll monitor and adjust plans week‑on‑week to adapt to changing priorities and quick‑turnaround requests.
- Working closely with producers and production teams, you’ll ensure editors are briefed clearly, footage and working files are stored correctly, and internal QC time is built into plans so delivery runs smoothly end‑to‑end.
- You’ll know your budgets and scopes like the back of your hand. You’ll track burn, review profitability with senior team members, and flag risks early, including over‑servicing bringing solutions and efficiencies to keep work in scope and on schedule.
- You’ll proactively identify delivery risks, resourcing pressures and scope creep, escalating to Senior Project Managers and Project Directors when needed. You won’t just flag problems, you’ll suggest practical ways forward.
- You’ll confidently communicate priorities, deadlines and responsibilities to the wider team on a daily basis, ensuring everyone is aligned and focused on what matters most.
- You’ll be comfortable joining client status calls to walk through timelines, communicate delivery plans and manage feedback.
- You’ll work collaboratively with Account Executives, creatives and specialists, confidently delegating tasks where appropriate and supporting junior team members to deliver their part of the work well.
- You’ll support senior team members in onboarding new clients, helping set up delivery processes and outlining ways of working in line with the brief and scope.
What We’re Looking For
- A mid‑weight Project Manager with experience delivering work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume creative or social agency environment.
- Highly organised, detail‑driven and confident building and managing project plans.
- Strong process and workflow management skills across multiple workstreams.
- Commercially aware, with experience tracking scope, budgets and burn.
- A confident communicator who can work with both internal teams and clients.
- A natural collaborator with a good understanding of the social landscape and agency specialisms.
- Comfortable delegating tasks and managing up to Senior Project Managers and Project Directors when needed.
- Calm under pressure, proactive in problem‑solving and solutions‑focused.
What You’ll Get
- An integral role at one of the UK’s fastest‑growing social agencies.
- The chance to work on ambitious, creatively‑led projects for future‑shaping brands.
- A team that values ownership, energy, creativity and maverick thinking.
- A platform to grow your career in a supportive, ambitious environment.
- 25 days holiday + your birthday off.
- Hybrid working (3 days in our Shoreditch office).
