Fabric Social is the maverick of social agencies. We specialise in building brands through best‑in‑class content, trend‑first creative, and community‑first thinking. We’re not just about reach; we’re about resonance. We nourish communities and create social ecosystems that pull audiences in, not just push content out. As we continue our journey from scale‑up to social powerhouse, we’re evolving our delivery function and looking for a Senior Project Manager to play a key role in how work flows through the agency.
This is a strategic delivery role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced creative environments and knows how to turn ambitious ideas into seamless execution.
The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the delivery of complex, multi‑stream projects across the agency. You’ll bring strategic thinking, operational rigour and calm leadership to everything you oversee, ensuring projects are set up correctly from the start and delivered smoothly from briefing through to final output. You’ll sit at the centre of Fabric’s delivery engine, working closely with Client Services, Creative and Production teams to define project approaches, optimise workflows and ensure teams are set up for success. You’ll also play an important role in developing our delivery standards, mentoring Project Managers and helping the wider team work smarter.
This is a role for someone who can see the bigger picture while confidently managing the detail, bringing clarity, structure and leadership to fast‑moving creative work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Strategic Project Set‑Up: You’ll lead the set‑up and scoping of new projects, defining the delivery approach, timelines, resourcing and workflow structure required for success. You’ll think critically about how projects should run, anticipating risks and building plans that keep work on track from day one.
- Complex Project Delivery: You’ll oversee the delivery of larger or more complex briefs, ensuring multiple workstreams are clearly defined, effectively resourced and progressing in line with agreed milestones and deadlines.
- Process & Workflow Ownership: You’ll own and refine delivery processes across your projects, ensuring workflows are efficient, consistent and scalable. You’ll champion best practice and support the wider team in adopting stronger ways of working.
- Resource & Delivery Management: Working closely with Client Services teams and resource manager, you’ll optimise team allocations to balance delivery, quality and efficiency across projects. You’ll continually monitor workloads and adapt plans where priorities shift.
- Commercial Ownership: You’ll have full ownership of project scopes and budgets, monitoring burn and financial performance to ensure work remains profitable. You’ll proactively identify risks such as scope creep or over‑servicing and take decisive action to protect delivery and agency margins.
- Problem Solving & Risk Management: You’ll lead problem‑solving conversations when delivery challenges arise, confidently identifying solutions and adjusting plans to keep projects moving forward.
- Client Delivery Leadership: You’ll act as a credible and confident delivery lead with clients, guiding them through timelines, production plans and feedback cycles. You’ll set clear expectations around priorities and timelines, while diplomatically pushing back when needed to protect quality and delivery standards.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: You’ll line‑manage and mentor Project Managers, supporting their development while helping to raise delivery standards across the team. You’ll also support the onboarding and training of new team members.
- Culture & Collaboration: You’ll play an active role in keeping team morale high — celebrating wins, supporting colleagues and creating an environment where people feel empowered to do their best work.
- New Business & Client Onboarding: Working alongside the Project Director and senior Client Services team, you’ll support new business scoping and lead ways‑of‑working sessions with new clients to establish clear and effective delivery frameworks.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience delivering projects in a fast‑paced creative, content or social agency environment.
- A strategic thinker and forward planner who can anticipate risks and build strong delivery frameworks.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi‑stream projects; strong process and workflow ownership, with the confidence to improve how teams work.

- Confident working with senior clients and stakeholders.
- Strong problem‑solving instincts and the ability to adapt quickly in fast‑moving environments.
