Now, as we shift from scale‐up to social powerhouse, we’re looking for ambitious Client Servicing champions to help take us to the next level.
The Role
We’re on the hunt for a Senior Account Manager who thrives in the thick of it. Someone who loves taking ownership, leading the day‐to‐day, and managing cross‐functional teams to deliver creative excellence. You’ll be the beating heart of your accounts, building brilliant relationships with clients and collaborating across internal teams to deliver standout social work that’s creative, strategic and always on time. You’ll be as confident juggling multiple projects as you are distilling a brief or presenting a killer idea. If you’ve got commercial smarts, a natural flair for comms, and the project management chops to match, you’ll fit right in.
You’ll support the development of integrated social media strategies, making sure they align with bigger brand and business goals. You’ll bring a sharp eye for innovation, a deep understanding of platforms, and the ability to connect creativity with commercial impact. From planning through to performance, you’ll oversee campaigns that push boundaries while delivering meaningful results. You’ll keep clients and the agency ahead of the curve by translating emerging tech, platform shifts, and cultural trends into bold opportunities.
Specific Super Powers
- Project Management: You excel at uniting the right mix of talent to deliver on client objectives. You craft clear, motivating briefs that inspire the creative team to produce outstanding work. You establish structured timelines with defined milestones, ensuring everyone understands what success looks like and the path to achieving it. Throughout the process, you serve as the central point of clarity and accountability, the trusted source of truth for every project you lead.
- Client Leadership: You’ll be the key day to day point of contact for a small portfolio of clients, guiding relationships with clarity and confidence. You’ll know when to challenge, when to reassure, and how to build trust that leads to long‐term partnerships. You’ll lead monthly internal and client‐facing reviews, supporting the Account Director to proactively uncover new opportunities. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate challenges while spotting new ways we can deliver more value.
- Commercial Command: You’ll have commercial acumen, working closely with the Account Director and production team to ensure scopes, budgets and financial tracking are spot on. You’ll manage campaign and production budgets with precision, making sure the work is not just brilliant but also commercially sound.
- Performance Insight: You’ll turn social data into meaningful reporting that clients actually care about - providing sharp insights, clear takeouts, and recommendations that inform smarter strategies and prove ROI.
- Social First Smarts: With a solid understanding of organic, paid and influencer, you’ll guide creative responses that balance impact and efficiency. You’ll spot opportunities across channels and shape work that goes beyond social to connect with the bigger comms picture.
- Team Leadership: You’ll lead by example, mentoring junior team members, managing upwards to senior stakeholders, and creating space where high performance and collaboration thrive.
- Pitching & Proposals: Where capacity allows, you’ll support new business opportunities, bringing energy and clarity to proposals, pitches and onboarding. Whether in the room or on deck, you’ll inspire confidence and sell the vision.
