We are looking for an influencer Executive to join our team. This is a hands-on execution role: you will support the delivery of influencer and social campaigns from sourcing talent through to content going live. You’ll work closely with talent, agents and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly, on time and to the highest standard. You’ll treat creators as valued partners while ensuring briefs, contracts and reporting are managed accurately and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Talent Sourcing & Discovery — Research and recommend talent using data-driven tools and platform research to identify relevant and engaging creators who align with our clients’ brands. Support the team in building talent shortlists across celebrity, macro, micro and emerging creators.
- Vetting & Contracting — Perform due diligence by checking talent against required audience demographics, engagement metrics, brand safety and content quality standards. Support contract drafting and ensure deliverables, usage rights and timelines are clearly documented and tracked.
- Agent & Creator Communication — Liaise with talent agents, managers and creators to coordinate deliverables, timelines and approvals. Ensure expectations are clearly communicated and aligned between all parties.
- Collaboration with Creative & Strategy Teams — Work closely with the creative team to support content idea development and ensure briefs are shared clearly with talent. Assist in mapping creators against campaign objectives and platform requirements.
- Campaign Management & Execution — Manage the day-to-day coordination of influencer campaigns: track deadlines, review content submissions, ensure feedback is implemented and confirm content goes live as scheduled. Secure final assets and ensure licensing and usage rights are properly stored.
- Performance & Reporting — Support campaign reporting by gathering performance data, screenshots and insights. Assist in analysing results and identifying opportunities for optimisation.
- Ambassador / Long-term Partnerships — Support the management of ambassador programmes or longer-term influencer relationships, maintaining consistent communication and ensuring ongoing alignment with brand messaging.
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year experience in social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing or creator partnerships, either agency or brand side.
- You are organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- You are confident in communicating with creators and agents in a professional manner.
- You are comfortable using influencer discovery and analytics tools.
- You understand platform trends across TikTok, Instagram and emerging channels.
- You have strong project-management skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
It’d Be a Bonus If…
- You have supported ambassador or loyalty-style programmes.
- You have experience coordinating usage rights and licensing documentation.
- You have worked with both micro-creators and larger talent.
What You’ll Get
- An integral role at one of the UK’s fastest-growing social agencies.
- The opportunity to work on brilliant campaigns for some of the biggest brands in the world.
- A team that values ownership, energy, creativity and maverick thinking.
- A platform to grow your career in a supportive, ambitious environment.
- 25 days holiday + your birthday off!
- Hybrid working (3 days in our Shoreditch office).
