The Role

You’ll work closely with creatives, strategists, community specialists and editors to make content that cuts through. No two days will be the same - some days you might draft a skit, the next you might concept a meme, or jump into CapCut to bring an idea to life - you’ll be hands-on and hungry to create.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Trendspotting & Culture Tracking: Keeping your finger firmly on the pulse of the internet, surfacing trends, audios, memes, and formats before they peak.
  • Content Ideation: Dreaming up platform-native content ideas – whether it’s a one-off post, a reactive moment, or a repeatable format.
  • Writing & Concepting: Writing witty, human, on-trend copy – from TikTok voiceovers to meme captions, skit scripts to social headlines.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with creatives, designers, editors and community leads to develop ideas and bring them to life.
  • Creative Experimentation: Bringing energy and ideas to our own channels and clients, testing what works, iterating what doesn’t, and always staying curious.
  • Audience & Community Thinking: Creating content with specific communities and subcultures in mind – knowing how to speak to niche audiences without faking it.
  • Helping Brands Feel Human: Crafting ideas that make brands feel like people – relatable, relevant and right at home on social.
  • Influencer briefs: Making razor-sharp briefs, ensuring the brand messaging is strong and keeping eyes on the content to the end.
  • Your role will involve feeding back on content and making it as optimised for social as possible.
  • Responding to planned briefs in a social forward way – As well as hopping on trends and reactive, you will also need to work with briefs the client provides for example, event sponsorship, dates and events like the London Marathon or even Easter & finding ways to get great social content out of this.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Social Native: You live on TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube Shorts, and wherever else culture is happening online.
  • A Budding Copywriter: You have a knack for writing that feels human, clever, and context-aware.
  • A Cultural Observer: You know what’s trending, and more importantly, why.
  • A Quickfire Creator: You can take an idea and bring it to life at speed, whether through visuals, edits, memes, or lo-fi video.
  • A Team Player: You’re collaborative, curious, and open to feedback, ready to learn from those around you and push the work forward.
  • A Self-Starter: You love throwing ideas into the mix, experimenting with formats, and seeing what sticks.
  • A Bit of a Nerd (In the Best Way): You have niche internet interests, love a rabbit hole, and know what’s happening in micro-communities online.

What You’ll Get

  • The chance to work with a team of culturally obsessed mavericks and makers.
  • A platform to test, learn, and grow creatively.
  • Mentorship, feedback, and the space to develop your craft.
  • A front-row seat to some of the boldest, most culturally fluent brand work in the social space.
  • Competitive salary and benefits.

If your brain is a mashup of trends, TikToks, memes, and niche internet references, we’re into it.
