We are looking for an experienced Influencer Manager to join our team. You will be working on influencer and strategy across campaigns, contribute to new business pitches and ensure we deliver measurable impact for our clients.
The Role
You’ll act as the bridge between talent, brand, creative and strategy, leading influencer planning, managing senior talent relationships and demonstrating clear ROI across all activity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Influencer Strategy: Develop influencer strategies that align with wider brand and campaign objectives. Define talent mapping frameworks, advise on the role of creators within the consumer journey and ensure influencer activity integrates effectively with broader channel plans.
- Talent Sourcing & Discovery Oversight: Guide talent recommendations using both data‑led tools and cultural insight. Ensure shortlisted creators are strategically aligned to campaign goals and audience objectives.
- Vetting & Contracting Leadership: Oversee due diligence processes, ensuring talent meets required demographic, engagement and brand safety standards. Lead contract negotiations, including fees, deliverables, usage rights and licensing agreements.
- Agent Relationships & Negotiations: Build and maintain strong relationships with talent agents and managers. Negotiate commercial terms and ensure seamless communication between creators, clients and internal teams.
- Collaboration with Creative & Strategy Teams: Work closely with creative and strategy leads to co‑develop campaign concepts. Ensure briefs allow creators to act as creative partners rather than simply media channels. Contribute high‑level thinking to campaign planning and long‑term brand building.
- Pitch & New Business Contribution: Work with the Influencer Director to create influencer strategy for new business pitches. Develop compelling talent recommendations, articulate measurement frameworks and confidently present strategic thinking to clients.
- Campaign Oversight & Quality Control: Oversee influencer campaign delivery, ensuring content meets brief, deadlines are adhered to and creative quality is maintained. Provide guidance to junior team members managing execution.
- Performance, Reporting & ROI: Own performance measurement frameworks. Analyse campaign effectiveness, present insights to clients and provide recommendations for future optimisation and growth.
- Ambassador / Long-term Partnerships: Develop and manage ambassador programmes and long‑term creator partnerships, ensuring consistency and alignment with overarching brand platforms.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years experience in influencer marketing, social strategy, digital marketing or creator relations, either agency or brand side.
- You have strong relationships within the creator and agent landscape.
- You are confident contributing to and presenting within new business pitches.
- You are comfortable using influencer discovery and analytics tools to inform strategy.
- You understand how influencer marketing integrates into broader brand and performance objectives.
- You are confident negotiating commercial terms and navigating licensing and media law considerations.
- You are an excellent communicator with strong leadership and project‑management skills.
- You are able to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and delivery.
It’d Be a Bonus If…
- You have designed or led ambassador / loyalty‑style programmes.
- You have experience contracting celebrity talent.
- You have managed or mentored junior team members.

- A team that values ownership, energy, creativity and maverick thinking.
- A platform to grow your career in a supportive, ambitious environment.
- 25 days holiday + your birthday off!
- Hybrid working (3 days in our Shoreditch office).
