This is a key leadership role at Fabric, perfect for someone plugged into culture, passionate about creators, and ready to set the standard for how brands show up through, and with, talent. You’ll own and evolve our influencer and creator offering: shaping how we find, brief, collaborate and grow with talent, building a team around you, and setting the standard for how brands show up through creators. You’ll work closely with strategy, creative, community, and paid teams to ensure creators are fully integrated into the wider social ecosystem, not a bolt-on. From platform-specific strategies to long-term creator partnerships, paid amplification to performance measurement, you’ll lead the charge on influencer work that drives both cultural impact and commercial results.

What You’ll Do

  • Influencer & Creator Strategy
    • Lead the influencer response to every brief—aligning creators to the big idea and campaign ambition
    • Develop platform- and region-specific influencer strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging platforms
    • Define how creators play into wider social, content and community strategies—driving reach, engagement and resonance
    • Work closely with Strategy, Creative and Paid to build ideas that are integrated, effective and aligned to KPIs
  • Creator Partnerships & Talent Management
    • Build and nurture a diverse, high-quality network of creators, agents and platforms
    • Oversee casting, contracting, briefing, approvals and content delivery across all campaigns
    • Collaborate directly with creators to unlock the best ideas and executions, through co-creation, not just coordination
    • Ensure all partnerships are compliant with ASA, FTC, CMA and platform guidelines, managing disclosure, licensing, and usage rights
  • Campaign Delivery & Amplification
    • Own end-to-end delivery of influencer campaigns - timeline, budget, quality, and performance
    • Partner with Paid teams to deliver amplification strategies, whitelisting, dark posting, affiliate integrations and performance boosts
    • Track and report on influencer performance using internal and external tools, optimising for engagement, conversion, and ROI
  • Innovation & Thought Leadership
    • Stay ahead of emerging creator trends, tools and platforms, pioneering new formats, collaborations, and creative approaches
    • Champion innovation in the influencer space, exploring how AI and automation can streamline casting, briefing, and performance tracking
    • Shape Fabric’s POV on the future of creator marketing and represent us externally at panels, events and in industry press
  • Team Leadership & Agency Collaboration
    • Build, lead and mentor a small but mighty influencer team, setting standards and fostering growth
    • Collaborate across strategy, creative, community, paid, marketing and operations to deliver fully integrated work
    • Create scalable influencer processes and workflows that drive consistency, quality and growth
  • New Business & Growth
    • Play a key role in pitching, winning and growing influencer-led work
    • Lead influencer strategy within proposals and RFPs, bringing insight, originality and strategic clarity
    • Spot growth opportunities within existing accounts, evolving influencer programmes from one-offs to long-term partnerships

What You’ll Need

  • Experience leading influencer or creator marketing for an agency, platform, or brand
  • Deep platform knowledge, especially TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • A strong network of creators, talent reps, and cultural connectors
  • A track record of delivering smart, effective, and original creator campaigns
  • Clear POV on what great looks like when it comes to creator partnerships
  • Excellent commercial instincts, know what good costs, and what great is worth
  • Strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Calm under pressure. Creative under constraint. Curious by nature.

What You’ll Get

  • The chance to shape a growing and exciting part of the business from the ground up
  • A say in the work, the process, the team, and real influence on the agency’s direction
  • Access to brilliant brands, bold briefs, and creators who are genuinely building culture
  • A smart, kind, creative team who have each other’s backs and push the work forward
  • A culture built on trust, flexibility, collaboration and getting stuck in
  • A hybrid working model, mixing time in our East London HQ with WFH
  • 25 days holiday, plus birthdays off, volunteering days, and an extended winter break
