Overview

The Associate Creative Director will be a driving force behind our creative output, crafting bold, best-in-class social content that stands out in the feed. You’ll be hands-on, taking ideas from concept to execution while leading the creative team and working closely with strategists, community specialists, and production teams. You’ll shape the creative work that fuels conversation, drives culture, and makes brands unmissable online.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Client Creative Leadership and Oversight: leading the creative vision for top-tier clients to ensure we’re leading the category on social.
  • Creative Execution: Concepting and crafting thumb-stopping social content that is platform-native, trend-led, and culturally relevant.
  • Idea Generation: Developing innovative, social-first campaign ideas that cut through the noise and drive engagement across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with strategists, community teams, and production to ensure creative is not only beautiful but also effective and insight-driven.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring output quality remains high across all contributors to the creative process.
  • Trendspotting & Cultural Insight: Staying ahead of platform updates, internet culture, and social trends to keep work fresh and relevant.
  • Client Engagement: Building relationships with key client stakeholders, presenting ideas with confidence, and selling in big ideas and innovative execution.
  • Mentorship & Team Support: Line managing members within the creative team and helping develop their skills while upholding the agency’s high creative standards.
  • New Business: Contributing to creative development on pitches and proposals to help win new clients with bold ideas and standout social thinking.
