The Role
We’re on the hunt for an Account Manager who thrives in the thick of it. Someone who loves taking ownership, leading the day-to-day, and managing teams to deliver creative excellence. You’ll be the beating heart of your accounts, building brilliant relationships with clients and collaborating across internal teams to deliver standout social work that’s creative, strategic and always on time. You’ll be as confident juggling multiple projects as you are distilling a brief or presenting a killer idea. What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning the Day-to-Day: You’ll lead the charge on both retained clients and projects, managing timelines, budgets, scopes and expectations like a pro. You’ll take briefs and run with them, from kick‑off to wrap‑up.
- Client Whispering: You’re a strong link between agency and client fostering trust, delivering updates with clarity and consistency, and translating feedback into smart, actionable next steps for the team.
- Project Command: With a sharp eye on detail, you’ll keep everything moving briefing creative, setting up ways of working, aligning with internal stakeholders, and ensuring delivery stays smooth, sharp, and profitable.
- Commercial Wits: You’ll have a very solid understanding of scopes to ensure all work that leaves the building is on point, on time and on budget.
- Social-First Thinking: You’ve got a strong handle on the social landscape and a great understanding of how it ladders into wider comms. You’ll partner with paid, influencer, and creative teams to build responses that are on brief and on point.
- Strategy & Reporting: You know how to turn numbers into narratives, pulling insights from performance data to refine strategy and guide content planning. You’ll be fluent in our Fabric Filosophies and know how to utilise them to deliver social excellence.
- Creative Collaboration: Whether you’re helping craft a pitch deck or developing responses to brief, you’ll be working closely with creative to build compelling, client-friendly work that hits the mark.
- Team Management: You’ll support junior team members with direction and delegation, while also managing upwards where needed. You’ll know when to step in, when to listen, and when to lead.
- Pitching & Presenting: You’re confident putting ideas in front of clients, whether in writing, on calls, or in the room. You’ll feed into brainstorms, shape decks and share the success of the work internally.
What We’re Looking For
- A confident doer with solid experience in account management at a social or creative agency – 2+ years.
- A natural communicator with strong relationship‑building skills both internally and externally.
- An organised operator with a clear sense of process and an eye for detail.
- A commercially aware thinker who understands scope, time, and budget – and how to keep all three on track.
- A social obsessive with a passion for creative work and the knowledge to contribute meaningfully to content and strategy.

- Ideally, someone who has worked on food, supermarket, FMCG or other fast‑paced consumer brands (preferred, not essential).
