Account Executive

We’re on the hunt for an Account Executive who’s ready to get stuck in. Someone who lives and breathes social, loves the detail, keeps things organised, and brings positive energy to every project. You’ll play an important supporting role within the client services team, helping deliver day to day work across exciting social projects and supporting the development of strong, trusted client relationships.

You’ll work closely with Account Managers and wider teams to help keep projects on track, briefs clear, and creative output delivered on time. If you’re organised, proactive, and passionate about social, this is a brilliant opportunity to learn and grow your career.

This role supports two exciting new business wins in the food and automotive space, with your time split 50/50 across both accounts – ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working across different brands.

What You’ll Be Doing Supporting the day to day

You’ll support the smooth running of retained clients and project work, helping track timelines, actions, and deliverables from kick-off through to delivery.

Client Comms Support

You’ll assist in keeping communication flowing between agency and client, helping share updates, track feedback, and ensure actions are followed up.

Project Coordination

You’ll help keep things organised and moving; setting up meetings, taking notes, managing actions, and supporting teams across creative, strategy, paid and influencer.

Process & Detail Management

You’ll have a strong eye for detail; supporting the review of decks, timelines and deliverables to make sure everything is accurate and aligned.

You’ll build an understanding of scopes, time and budget, supporting the team in delivering work efficiently.

Social First Delivery

You’ll bring a strong interest in social and platform best practice, supporting with research, references, and trend awareness.

Reporting & Insights Support

You’ll support reporting by gathering data and helping identify key takeaways to inform future work.

You’ll support creative and strategy teams in responding to briefs, helping ensure work is clear and well organised.

Team Contribution

You’ll be a collaborative team player; someone who is reliable, proactive, and willing to support wherever needed.

You’ll contribute to internal meetings and client calls, building confidence over time in sharing updates and work.

What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for social media, creative work and culture
  • Some experience in an Account Executive (or similar) role, ideally within a social or creative agency
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working with others and building relationships
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
  • An interest in how projects are delivered, including timelines and budgets
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with support from senior team members
