Overview

Design & Projects Coordinator — Loughborough. We are looking for a Design & Projects Coordinator to join our client’s growing team and support the delivery of new and updated showroom environments. This is a varied role combining technical drawing production with project support, giving you the opportunity to see your designs and ideas brought to life across our retail spaces. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and suppliers, producing detail drawings, coordinating schedules, and supporting projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Produce accurate construction/detail drawings to support showroom development projects.
  • Support Project Managers with materials orders, scheduling, and supplier liaison.
  • Maintain drawing packages and records for internal and external use.
  • Assist with project administration, reporting, and timelines.
  • Maintain clear documentation and communication with stakeholders.

About you

  • Strong CAD/drawing skills (AutoCAD or equivalent).
  • Experience in retail, interiors, or a related design/technical field.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator, able to work with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Interested in developing skills in project delivery processes.
