£27,500 per annum (full-time equivalent), pro rata for part-time hours Permanent This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful company providing HR support to the HR department and wider business.
You will work closely with the HR Business Partner to main accurate and up to date HR systems.
Description of the role: Monitoring and updating annual leave, sickness records and probation information.
Assisting the payroll administration including benefits and working hours.
Updating reports and spreadsheets in relation to headcount, absences and recruitment.
Liaising with a range of departments including HRSS, Pensions, Training & Development and Compensations & Benefits.
Assisting the HRBP in updating systems and procedures.
Monitoring the HR inbox and distributing as appropriate.
Booking venues and meeting rooms for both internal and external meetings.
About you: Experience of working within a busy HR environment within an administrative capacity.
Knowledge of HR systems and able to pick up new systems with ease.
Knowledge of Excel, Oracle and Share Point.
Able to build relationships at all levels.
Able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
