PA to Directors Nottingham (Hybrid) Immediate start - temporary contract until December, possibly longer £16.40 per hour Monday to Friday (flexible hours) 37.5 hours a week Are you an experienced PA looking for a temporary opportunity with an immediate start? This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team to provide high level support to the Executive Directors You will ensure effective planning, organisation and communication skills, being responsible for producing minutes, collating agendas and responding to enquiries. Description of the role: Managing diaries, coordinating and prioritising appointments, dealing with changing priorities and ensuring effective communication Managing all incoming and outgoing mail, distributing and actioning where appropriate Taking accurate minutes of meetings and providing summary notes Drafting presentations and collating agendas Ensuring all documentation is complete and systems updated About you: Experience of working at board/c-suite level Experience of taking minutes and distributing notes (essential) Excellent organisational skills Ability to present complex information for Directors Excellent minute and note taking skills Ability to pick up new systems If you are a proactive and highly organised PA with experience supporting Executive Directors, and are available to start immediately, we would love to hear from you!
