You will be responsible for servicing, repairs, installations, commissioning, and providing comprehensive service support for packaging equipment across the UK.
Description of the role:- Commissioning and installing new machines.
- Ensuring the equipment runs in the production environment.
- Problem solving and investigating root cause.
- Training customers with routine maintenance.
- Resolving issues relating to electrics, mechanics or software.
- Providing telephone diagnosis and support.
