Description of the role
- Coordinating the end-to-end tender process from opportunities through to submission.
- Reviewing tender documentation, evaluating criteria and key deadlines.
- Liaising with internal departments to gather both technical and commercial information.
- Maintaining schedules and monitoring progress.
- Uploading and submitting tender responses.
- Ensuring all submissions comply with client requirements, regulations and quality standards.
About you
- Previous experience of working within bid coordination, tender coordination or project support.
- Keen eye for detail and able to ensure compliance standards are met.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
