Fabric Recruitment is seeking a proactive HR Administrator to join their client's team in Loughborough. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for HR support, providing guidance to managers and employees on HR systems and policies. You will handle various responsibilities from onboarding new staff to producing HR documentation and reports.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HR experience and a strong understanding of UK employment law. Immediate availability is preferred.
