Description of the role: Support the team in the day-to-day running of the nursery, helping set objectives and maintaining high standards.
Promote a safe, stimulating environment that nurtures every child's personal, emotional, and social development.
Lead, inspire and guide their amazing team, ensuring best practice is always at the heart of what we do.
Build wonderful relationships with children, families, staff, and external agencies.
Help manage staffing rotas, supervise training, and contribute to appraisals and staff development.
Oversee health, safety, hygiene, and safeguarding standards, ensuring compliance and peace of mind for parents.
