Description of the role:

• Handling your own caseload of Probate files.
• Ensuring all members of the team are providing an excellent service to all clients.
• Driving individual and business targets across the team.
• Managing capacity levels across the team.
• Ensuring all reporting is maintained and up to date.
• Identifying training needs within the team.

About you:

• A comprehensive understanding and ability within Wills & Probate.
• Driven to achieve all business deadlines and targets.
• Ability to develop the team, providing feedback and allowing them to meet their full potential.
• Able to problem solve and identify the root cause of issues.
