What you’ll be doing:
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships across our core markets.
- Identifying opportunities for growth and introducing Fabric’s tailored recruitment solutions.
- Managing the full business development cycle, from lead generation through to client onboarding.
- Working closely with our consultants to deliver an exceptional service that keeps clients coming back.
- Representing Fabric at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions.

- Experience in business development, sales, or account management (ideally within recruitment, but not essential).
