Bid Coordinator Permanent, Full-Time Ruddington, Onsite £30,000-£36,000 This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, successful business who are seeking a Bid Coordinator to join their team and support with Bid and Tender activities. The role ensures all submissions are accurate, compliant, professionally presented, and submitted within required deadlines. Description of the role: Coordinating the end-to-end tender process from opportunities through to submission. Reviewing tender documentation, evaluating criteria and key deadlines. Liaising with internal departments to gather both technical and commercial information. Maintaining schedules and monitoring progress. Uploading and submitting tender responses. Ensuring all submissions comply with client requirements, regulations and quality standards. About you: Previous experience of working within bid coordination, tender coordination or project support. Keen eye for detail and able to ensure compliance standards are met. Ability to manage multiple projects. Ability to gather, coordinate and present information.
