Description of the role:
- Support the team in the day-to-day running of the nursery, helping set objectives and maintaining high standards.
- Promote a safe, stimulating environment that nurtures every child\’s personal, emotional, and social development.
- Lead, inspire and guide their amazing team, ensuring best practice is always at the heart of what we do.
- Build wonderful relationships with children, families, staff, and external agencies.
- Help manage staffing rotas, supervise training, and contribute to appraisals and staff development.
