Senior Customer Service Administrator Permanent, Full-Time Enderby, Hybrid Working Β£28,000-Β£30,000 Introduction to the Company This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful business to support their E-Commerce team with customer service, administrative tasks, data analysis and client support. They are a successful company looking to grow their team in this newly created position. Description of the role: Supporting members and suppliers with queries including account creation and data support. Supporting the E-commerce team with general administrative and customer service tasks. Analysing E-commerce data on Excel, being able to extract information and create reports. Supporting the on-boarding of new members and suppliers onto the E-commerce platform. Being first point of contact for members and suppliers, being able to deal with their queries. Analysing and creating spreadsheets within Excel. About you: Experience of working within a client focused environment, being able to support with queries. Confident using Excel to create reports, create spreadsheets and analyse client data. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
