Responsibilities

  • Process all orders, quotes, telephone enquiries, despatch, and invoice queries promptly, meeting agreed service levels and quality standards.
  • Secure orders to achieve revenue, profit, and value targets from both existing and new customers.
  • Identify customer needs and provide expert advice, support, and effective problem-solving solutions.
  • Manage customer orders from initial enquiry through order processing to on-time product delivery.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Collaborate closely with external sales teams to ensure seamless communication and superior service delivery.
  • Coordinate projects and contracts from enquiry to completion, monitoring progress to guarantee customer satisfaction.

  • Proven experience in a similar customer service or sales coordination role.
  • Strong customer focus with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to upsell and confidently drive sales growth.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
