We are looking for an organised, proactive and commercially aware Contracts & Aftersales Coordinator or Team Leader to join a growing project-based business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in project coordination, contract management, customer service or aftersales who is looking to take the next step in their career.

Description of the role
Manage projects from order through to completion and handover.
Coordinate customers, subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries.
Manage project programmes, costs, risks and variations Maintain regular communication with clients.
Coordinate snagging, completion and aftersales requirements.
Resolve customer issues and support warranty enquiries.
Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
Work closely with Sales, Design and Finance.
Team
Leader: provide guidance, mentoring and workload support to the team.
About you
You'll ideally have experience in project or contract management, coordination or a similar project-based environment.
Highly organised and commercially aware.
Confident communicating with customers and suppliers.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities.
Practical and solutions focused.
Confident taking ownership and resolving problems.
For the Team Leader role, experienced in supporting, supervising or mentoring colleagues.
