As the Customer Service Administrator you will be first point of contact for all customers ensuring a timely solution is provided to all requirements. Description of the role: Processing customer orders in a timely manner. Liaising with customers and dealing with any queries. Updating customers with any changes or updates on orders. Working closely with the external sales teams regarding orders and enquiries. Dealing with initial enquiries and distributing to the relevant teams. Ensuring all associated administration is accurate and complete. About you: Experience of working within a Customer Service focussed role. Excellent administration skills and comfortable using new systems. Able to plan and prioritise own workload. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to deal with people at all levels. Team working and collaboration skills.
