HR Advisor Long Eaton (Onsite) £30,000-£35,000 Introduction to the Company This is an exciting opportunity to join an institution with a legacy of over 150 years, set in a beautiful working location. It operates with a commitment to excellence, blending traditional values with modern approaches to provide a comprehensive and enriching experience for its community. Working as part of a small team based on the Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire border you will be an integral part of the HR team providing day to day confidential and professional HR support. Description of the role: Providing a range of HR advice on a wide range of issues and queries including grievances, disciplinaries and flexible working. Ensuring compliance with employment legislation. Attending welfare and return to work meetings and advising on occupational health recommendations. Assisting in the review, development and implementation of HR procedures. Supporting with staff appraisals. Advising and supporting Line Managers through performance management processes. Responsible for recruitment and selection including documentation for successful candidates. Supporting different teams across the business and collaborating on a day to day basis including finance. About you: Experience of working within a similar HR role. Level 3 CIPD or above. In depth working knowledge of HR policies and procedures. Experience of conducting HR meetings and hearings.
