They are seeking a Store Manager to join their store in Derby where they have excellent opportunities to grow and develop.\\n\\nReporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for developing and sustaining activities that ensure maximum profit as well as optimum customer service is achieved by the store.\\n\\nDescription of the role:\\n\\nEnsure marketing plans are in place to achieve financial targets.\\nEffectively manage and accurately record all enquiries via the CMS.\\nMonitor and improve conversion rates and mystery shop scores.\\nCoaching and supporting all members of the store.\\nCarry out quarterly personal development plans and annual appraisals.\\nMaintain housekeeping standards across the store.\\nComplying with Health & Safety legislation and reporting issues. \\n\\nAbout you:\\n\\nEffective leadership and management skills, being able to lead and motivate a small team.\\nAbility to provide excellent Customer Service both internally and externally.\\nEffective communications via phone, email, and face-to-face.\\nAbility to achieve and exceed company and store targets.\\nAbility to maximise sales opportunities across the store and improve conversion rates.
