Customer Sales Advisor Birmingham (Close to Birmingham New Street Station) £25,500 Monday-Friday with weekends on a rota Training in London (Travel & Accommodation Provided) This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful, growing company where you can develop a range of new skills and have the opportunity to earn bonus as a team on top of your salary! You will be responsible for assisting customers face-to-face, over the phone and via email to discuss their requirements and offer effective solutions. You will up-sell additional products and services where possible whilst dealing with enquiries and converting them to orders. Hours of work: Monday-Friday with weekends on a rota Description of the role: Identifying and quantifying the potential leads for each customer.
