This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful, growing company where you can develop a range of new skills and have the opportunity to earn bonus as a team on top of your salary!

You will be responsible for assisting customers face-to-face, over the phone and via email to discuss their requirements and offer effective solutions.

You will up-sell additional products and services where possible whilst dealing with enquiries and converting them to orders.

Hours of work: Monday-Friday with weekends on a rota

Description of the role:

  • Identifying and quantifying the potential leads for each customer.
  • Dealing with enquiries via the website, face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy environment for all staff and customers.
  • Completing all administrative duties.
  • Working as a team to achieve targets.

About you:

  • Experience of working within a customer focussed environment.
  • Able to communicate with customers over the phone, face-to-face and via email.
  • Effective up-selling skills and able to work to targets.
  • IT literate including Microsoft Office and using bespoke systems.
  • Able to attend training in London (travel and accommodation provided and more details can be provided)
