Description of the role: Coordinating the end-to-end tender process from opportunities through to submission.
Reviewing tender documentation, evaluating criteria and key deadlines.
Liaising with internal departments to gather both technical and commercial information.
Maintaining schedules and monitoring progress.
Uploading and submitting tender responses.
Ensuring all submissions comply with client requirements, regulations and quality standards.
About you: Previous experience of working within bid coordination, tender coordination or project support.
Keen eye for detail and able to ensure compliance standards are met.
