Responsibilities

  • Supporting wet room maintenance and repairs such as shower repairs, trays, flooring, and wall panels.
  • Plumbing including fixing leaks, taps, toilets, basins and pipework.
  • Patch tiling and silicone sealing.
  • Carpentry including door repairs, locks, hinges and handles.
  • Responding to day-to-day maintenance call-outs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience doing general maintenance in hospitals or care homes.
  • Multi trade experience, with the ability to undertake a range of building and maintenance tasks.
  • Knowledge of building materials.
  • Have a clean DBS or be able to do one.
  • Have your own van.
  • Have your own tools.
