Responsibilities
- Supporting wet room maintenance and repairs such as shower repairs, trays, flooring, and wall panels.
- Plumbing including fixing leaks, taps, toilets, basins and pipework.
- Patch tiling and silicone sealing.
- Carpentry including door repairs, locks, hinges and handles.
- Responding to day-to-day maintenance call-outs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience doing general maintenance in hospitals or care homes.
- Multi trade experience, with the ability to undertake a range of building and maintenance tasks.
- Knowledge of building materials.
- Have a clean DBS or be able to do one.
- Have your own van.
- Have your own tools.
