Compensation: £26,500 + bonus

Hours: Monday‑Friday with weekends on a rota

Training: Training in London (Travel and accommodation provided)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers face‑to‑face, over the phone, and discuss their requirements and offer effective solutions.
  • Upsell additional products and services where possible while converting enquiries to orders.
  • Deal with sales enquiries over the phone and face‑to‑face.
  • Promote products and services to both new and existing customers.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment for all customers and staff.
  • Complete all administrative duties and provide back office support.
  • Work as a team to achieve targets.

Qualifications:

  • Experience of working within a customer service/sales environment.
  • Ability to communicate with customers via various channels.
  • Effective up‑selling skills and ability to work to targets and SLAs.
  • IT literate, including Microsoft Office and the ability to pick up new systems.
  • Some lone working and key holder responsibilities.
