Helping businesses with all things GA4 and website experience (CRO)
Job Overview
We’re looking for a strategic and data-savvy CRO Strategist to join Fabric Analytics.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and managing CRO strategies for a portfolio of clients across various industries.
You’ll use research, experimentation, and analytics to uncover insights and deliver measurable improvements to our clients’ digital performance.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, client-facing environment where no two projects are the same, and continuous learning is part of the job.

- Lead CRO strategy for multiple clients – developing testing roadmaps and ongoing optimisation plans tailored to their goals and audiences.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using tools like GA4, MS Clarity and User Research to identify conversion barriers.
- Translate research and test results into clear, actionable insights and communicate these to clients in a compelling way.
- Work closely with UX designers, developers, and Data Analysts (both internal and client-side) to implement and validate test ideas.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, test analyses, and strategic recommendations to clients on a regular basis.
- Champion a test-and-learn culture—educating clients and internal teams on the value of CRO and experimentation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices, and feed this knowledge back into client strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a CRO-focused role, ideally within an agency or consultancy setting.
- Proven experience designing and executing CRO programs across multiple industries or clients.
- Advanced knowledge of experimentation tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty, Adobe Target).
- Strong analytics skills—comfortable digging into data with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar.
- Understanding of UX principles, behavioral psychology, and digital customer journeys.
- Confident communicator and presenter, able to build trust and influence client decision-making.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders with a solutions-focused mindset.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Psychology, UX, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS to collaborate effectively with development teams.
- Experience working with eCommerce, SaaS, or lead generation funnels.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, UX design, or experimentation platforms.
