This family-run nursery in Wandsworth, London aims to ensure that all the children have magical years and positive learning outcomes during their stay at the nursery. The nursery is looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead an enthusiastic and passionate team. You will be someone who is an inspirational leader and able to maintain and develop highly effective staff members.

You must have an excellent work ethic, be professional, whilst friendly, and possess the ability to emotionally engage the staff team.

Requirements:

  • You must have a degree or Level 5 Management qualification in Early Years and/or Education and Child Care
  • At least three years' experience of managing a nursery and experience of dealing with an Ofsted inspection
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Enthusiasm to develop future educational practice
  • Must have the right to work in the UK, no convictions or cautions, clear DBS

Benefits:

  • Salary: up to £38,000 per year subject to qualification and experience
