Logistics & Fulfilment Manager — Contract to Permanent Fable England · London (hybrid) · Immediate start Fable England is a British premium lifestyle brand — jewellery, bags and scarves — sold through our own ecommerce site, international marketplaces and wholesale in the UK and US. That growth brings the usual growing pains, and we're looking for an experienced pair of hands to bring structure and commercial rigour to our fulfilment operation as we scale — working alongside our existing operations lead. You'll own the commercial and analytical side of fulfilment: our 3PL and carrier relationships, cost management, service performance and reporting. Own the 3PL relationship: performance management, SLAs and commercial terms Build clear reporting on cost per order, dispatch and delivery performance, accuracy and returns Drive service quality — delivery speed, order accuracy, returns experience — as a genuine differentiator for a premium brand Improve cost to serve without compromising the customer experience Meet marketplace and wholesale compliance requirements (routing, labelling, packaging, delivery windows) Strong commercial and analytical skills — comfortable building cost models and negotiating contracts A track record of improving both service performance and cost to serve International shipping experience (UK, EU, US), including customs and duties Hands-on and pragmatic, comfortable building things that don't yet exist peak season planning. Contract to permanent — initial 3–6 month contract, permanent by mutual agreement Day rate during contract, salary on conversion — competitive, depending on experience hybrid, with regular visits to our 3PL Start as soon as possible
