We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Junior Digital Store Manager to support the day-to-day management of our e-commerce store and third-party marketplace channels. Key Responsibilities- E-commerce Store Management
- Manage the end-to-end product onboarding process for the e-commerce website.
- Upload, update, and maintain product information, descriptions, specifications, imagery, pricing, and tagging.
- Ensure product data is accurately transferred from line sheets and internal product documentation.
- Support new collection launches, seasonal updates, and promotional campaigns across the website.
- Assist with day-to-day website updates, including content changes, page edits, and ad hoc modifications required to keep the site current and trading effectively.
- Monitor the website for content issues, broken links, and merchandising inconsistencies, resolving them promptly.
- Maintain product collections, navigation, and landing pages to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Regularly review website content to maintain accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
- Marketplace Management
- Manage product listings across third-party marketplace channels, including Zalando and other platforms.
- Ensure product data, imagery, and attributes meet each platform's specific requirements and guidelines.
- Monitor and resolve listing errors, feed issues, and content rejections promptly.
- Keep marketplace listings aligned with website updates, new product launches, and pricing changes.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with copywriters to ensure product descriptions and marketing content are delivered on schedule.
- Coordinate with translation teams to ensure all content is accurately localised across multiple languages.
- Work closely with photographers and creative teams to obtain, organise, and publish product imagery.
- Act as a key point of contact between departments to ensure seamless content delivery across all channels.
- Website Merchandising & Launch Management
- Support and manage website updates for new collection launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal events, and other commercial activities.
- Ensure all products, imagery, pricing, and promotional content are published accurately and on time.
- Maintain merchandising standards across product categories and landing pages to optimise the customer experience.
- Website Maintenance & Functionality
- Monitor website functionality and content performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Identify and resolve content-related issues, missing information, and merchandising inconsistencies.
- Support ongoing website improvements and content optimisation initiatives.
- Ensure all multilingual website content remains current, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- 2–3 years' experience in e-commerce operations, digital store management, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience managing and maintaining websites using Shopify, including product setup, collections, merchandising, content updates, and promotional activities.
- Understanding of Shopify product management; additional training will be provided.
- Experience managing listings on third-party marketplaces, such as Zalando, would be highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
