ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual storytelling across packaging, PR mailers, retail events, and more. You’ll shape the emotional heart of product drops and brand experiences, bringing creative intention and aesthetic clarity to every release. Working across teams, your designs will translate brand values into captivating, limited-edition appeal that resonates globally
WHAT YOU’LL DELIVER:
These will include but not limited to,
Packaging Design
- Concept, design, and execute primary and secondary packaging (boxes, wraps, tissue, labels, inserts) with a focus on luxury finishes and innovative materials.
- Collaborate with Product Development and Ops to ensure designs are production-ready, feasible, and aligned with brand sustainability goals.
PR Mailers & Gifting
- Design and develop bespoke PR kits, influencer mailers, and gifting experiences that create buzz, elevate the unboxing moment, and feel highly covetable.
- Conceptualize narrative-driven, experiential packaging that aligns with campaign messaging.
Brand & Retail Events
- Design creative assets for store activations, pop-ups, and events including invites, signage, event collateral, and branded environments.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all materials elevate the in-store brand experience.
Visual Merchandising (VM)
- Develop POS materials, window displays, shelf signage, and in-store graphics that align with brand standards and enhance the shopper journey.
- Collaborate with VM and Retail teams to ensure designs are premium, on-brand, and globally scalable.
Production & Vendor Management
- Liaise with suppliers and production partners to ensure the execution matches the creative vision, materials, print finishes, dielines, and prototypes.
- Maintain a sharp eye for detail and quality from concept through delivery.
Brand Stewardship
- Champion design excellence and innovation, staying attuned to cultural trends and audience insights.
- Ensure all creative output reflects the brand’s elevated aesthetic and emotional resonance.
- Contribute to the evolution of our visual identity across touchpoints.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 5+ years Graphic Design experience focused on packaging, retail, and physical brand environments.
- Proven experience developing premium packaging and PR mailers from concept to production.
- Confident working with dielines, print specs, finishes, and prototypes across formats and materials.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and production tools for print and layout.
- Experience liaising directly with suppliers and managing timelines across multiple projects.
- Skilled in visual storytelling, translating brand strategy into assets that drive emotional impact.
- Familiarity with visual merchandising, POS design, and in-store graphics across global retail markets.
- Ability to take creative direction and collaborate with NPD, Commercial, Marketing and Retail teams.
- Drawing, illustration or 3D prototyping skills are a plus.
- Preferred experience of working with Beauty retailers.
