Experience: Min 6 years practical experience (roles for engineers with shorter experience also available)
Contract: Full-time contract
Salary: £45,000-£60,000 dependent on skills and experience
Requirements From Candidate:
- Workshop and Field Technician / CNC Engineer
- Preparation of CNC machines (Routers / Lasers / Fiber Lasers / Fiber Laser Tube Cutters)
- Electrical components knowledge, Reading diagrams, ability to measure currents, signals, NO/NC
- Fault Finding on sites, remotely and in company premises
- Tramming / Programming / Macros / Ladders / PLC / Squareness / Servo Motors / Inventers
- Improvements in machines / Upgrading solutions / Aiming to send to clients well checked, faultless and clean products
- Ability to amend all parameters of inverters, servo drives, controllers.
- Knowledge of typical CNC controllers and build up of the machines.
- Well versed in CAD/CAM software to provide training and be able to test machines with multiple tools and operations in one program
- Installations on sites around the UK, May be occasional longer working hours
