Position Overview
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with Brand & Marketing team to deliver bold, standout designs across all brand touchpoints — from print to digital, social to packaging. An opportunity to shape and elevate our visual identity, ensuring consistency and creativity in everything we produce.
We’re looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail, a proactive and organized approach, and the confidence to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, bringing fresh ideas to life across multiple channels with creativity and precision.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (but not limited):
Campaigns & Marketing Collateral
- Develop branded assets including logos, templates, style guides, and image libraries.
- Ensure brand consistency across all outputs through effective asset management and resizing.
Social Media & Advertising
- Drive the creative look and feel of social content, developing seasonal visual themes with the Marketing team.
- Concept, design, and produce content for organic and paid campaigns in collaboration with the Social Media Manager.
- Contribute ideas for micro-shoots and social-first creative.
Graphic Design & Content Creation
- Collaborate with the Marketing & E-Commerce to manage imagery for e-commerce, campaign B-roll, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Design for digital advertising and campaigns, including photo/video edits for social platforms.
- Deliver cohesive visuals across digital, print, and OOH, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
Print & Packaging
- Partner with the Head of Creative to design and update packaging, working to production and marketing timelines.
- Present seasonal print ideas to Creative and Marketing teams.
- Brief and liaise with print suppliers to guarantee quality outputs.
Retail & Visual Merchandising
- Create artwork for store windows, POS, and in-store campaign materials.
- Coordinate with VM and Creative Asset teams to deliver campaign assets on schedule.
Digital & Website Content
- Produce digital assets for web, email, social, and advertising campaigns.
- Ensure assets are optimised for devices, aligned with trading goals, and quality checked.
- Support e-commerce image workflows with editing and delivery coordination.
Autonomous Project Management
- Manage time, priorities, and projects independently to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate across teams on planning, timelines, and execution.
- Own projects end-to-end with a solutions-driven mindset.
E-commerce Image Management
- Support on-set during shoots, assisting with art direction, styling, and maintaining brand standards.
- Coordinate styling references, file delivery, and production workflows.
- Organise retouching feedback, image downloads, and file management.
- Help maintain a structured image library with accurate naming conventions.
- Proactively learn and grow, taking on more responsibility over time.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience:
- 3–5 years of professional experience in a graphic design role, preferably within a creative agency, fashion/lifestyle brand, or fast-paced in-house team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel design work, including digital campaigns, social media content, packaging, and print materials.
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, production, and creative teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently, from concept through to final delivery, under tight deadlines.
- Background in working on e-commerce or retail-focused creative projects is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Working knowledge of digital tools such as Figma, Canva, or Sketch.
- Experience with photo and video editing for web and social platforms.
- Solid understanding of print production processes and preparing artwork for suppliers.
- Familiarity with web design principles and asset optimization for digital environments.
Creative & Conceptual Thinking:
- A sharp eye for typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute seasonal campaigns and brand assets across multiple touchpoints.
- Innovative thinker with a proactive approach to bringing fresh, on-brand ideas to the table.
- Strong sense of brand identity and the ability to translate it consistently across formats.
Organizational & Communication Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach to file management and delivery.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills; capable of juggling multiple priorities.
- Comfortable collaborating within cross-functional teams and contributing to creative direction.
- Strong communication skills for presenting ideas, giving/receiving feedback, and liaising with print and production vendors.
