Faber Building Services Ltd is currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative or Senior Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to join our growing team. We specialise in aftercare maintenance on new build properties across the Southeast of England.
JOB ROLE:
You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of aftercare and remedial works on residential new builds. Tasks including but not limited to:
- Painting & decorating
- Carpentry
- Tiling
- Tape & jointing
- Siliconing
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in multi-trade role (essential)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, proactive, and capable of working independently
- A full, clean UK driving licence (required)
- A valid CSCS card or willingness to obtain one
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
- No on-call duties
- Saturday overtime paid at 1.5x rate
