We are looking to add Production Laborers to our team. Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Create forms used to build precast concrete sections (e.g., walls, beams, columns, stairs, etc.)
- Install rebar, plates, mesh, and foam insulation
- Form concrete using screed boards, vibrators, and trowels
- Use hand tools and power tools (drills, saws, tie guns, etc.)
- Operate jackhammer, forklift, bobcat
- Monitor bed heat at computer
- Responsible for washing exposed aggregate (panels/full beds)
- Responsible for correct dunnage placement of finished product in yard
Qualifications Include:
- Ability to read tape measure and blueprints
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to operate machinery safely
- Mathematical aptitude
- Knowledge of concrete mixes
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Troubleshooting skills
Physical Requirements: Move a minimum of 50 lbs., spatial awareness/depth perception, walk, climb, bend at the waist, reach, forceful use of hand tools, vocal projection.
Work Environment: Typical industrial hazards, varying climates, dust, noise, and moving machinery.
