Part-Time HubSpot Consultant (3-6 Month Contract) at Fabacus, you’ll be joining a fast-growing technology business working at the intersection of retail, licensing, compliance and sustainability! We are building solutions that help some of the world’s leading brands, retailers and licensors manage trusted product data, meet evolving regulatory demands and create greater transparency across their supply chains.
Location: London, Hybrid. Time Commitment: 2-3 days per week. Two days mandatory in the office in Soho, London, one day remote.
Scope of Work
- Build and finalise pipelines for various sales teams
- Configure HubSpot (properties, views, permissions, team setup)
- Implement and optimise workflows, automations, and reporting
- Support billing system integration setup within HubSpot
- Resolve ongoing configuration gaps and usability issues
- Establish governance model (access, controls, best practice usage)
- Train team members and support day-to-day adoption
Requirements
- Strong hands-on HubSpot experience (configuration, workflows, reporting)
- Ability to work directly with sales stakeholders to define and implement requirements
- Experience improving and optimising existing CRM setups (not just greenfield)
- Comfortable working on-site and operating independently
Engagement Goals
- All core pipelines live and usable
- Key automations and reporting in place
- Clear governance and system structure established
- Sales team actively using HubSpot with confidence and internal admins trained
