Are you a bright, ambitious IT Support Engineer with a good knowledge of Windows and great communication skills? You could be progressing your career as 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer at a growing technology company.
As an IT Support Engineer you will support internal users across the globe, both in office and remotely. You will provide troubleshooting, problem resolution and proactive maintenance across a wide range of IT systems and infrastructure, including administration of Active Directory, EntraID, Microsoft 365; manage user account lifecycle, reset passwords, maintain mailboxes, groups and distribution lists.
Location: You will be based in the office five days a week.
About you:
- You have experience in a similar IT Support Engineer position.
- You have a strong knowledge of desktop operating systems - Windows and MacOS.
- You have experience of working on Active Directory, EntraID and M365.
- You are familiar with basic network protocols, security concepts and system administration.
- You have excellent communication, collaboration and customer service skills.
