Are you a bright, ambitious IT Support Engineer with a good knowledge of Windows and great communication skills? You could be progressing your career as 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer at a growing technology company.
As an IT Support Engineer you will support internal users across the globe, both in office and remotely. You'll provide troubleshooting, problem resolution and proactive maintenance across a wide range of IT systems and infrastructure, including administration of Active Directory, EntraID, Microsoft 365; manage user account lifecycle, reset passwords, maintain mailboxes, groups and distribution lists.
Location: You'll be based in the office five days a week.
About you:
- You have experience in a similar IT Support Engineer position
- You have a strong knowledge of desktop operating systems - Windows and MacOS
- You have experience of working on Active Directory, EntraID and M365
- You're familiar with basic network protocols, security concepts and system administration
- You have excellent communication, collaboration and customer service skills
