WORK TASKS:

  • PPM, Reactive & Modernization/Upgrade Call Completion.
  • OOH Rota Duty.
  • Provide Customer & Colleague Technical Support & Product Modernization Recommendations.
  • Complete Door Safety Checks & Investigate Door Incidents & Customer Complaints.
  • Offer a Flexible Approach to Working Hours.
  • Provide On Site Customer Support to EQS Customers.
  • Adhere to Company Processes & Procedures & Highlight Improvement Opportunities.
  • Deliver Customer Service & Maintain QHSE Compliance at All Times.
  • Be a Team Player.
  • Tablet/Paperwork, Stock, Vehicle, Uniform & PPE Management & Maintenance.
  • Comply with All Customer Specific On Site Arrival/Pre-Work/Working/Departure Processes & Procedures.
  • Complete Mandatory Box Tests After All Calls.

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: BS7036/EN16005

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Previous knowledge and experience of working on automatic doors is highly desirable.

SKILLS / LANGUAGES REQUIRED: English & other qualifications – Full current driving licence. CSCS Card
