WORK TASKS:
- PPM, Reactive & Modernization/Upgrade Call Completion.
- OOH Rota Duty.
- Provide Customer & Colleague Technical Support & Product Modernization Recommendations.
- Complete Door Safety Checks & Investigate Door Incidents & Customer Complaints.
- Offer a Flexible Approach to Working Hours.
- Provide On Site Customer Support to EQS Customers.
- Adhere to Company Processes & Procedures & Highlight Improvement Opportunities.
- Deliver Customer Service & Maintain QHSE Compliance at All Times.
- Be a Team Player.
- Tablet/Paperwork, Stock, Vehicle, Uniform & PPE Management & Maintenance.
- Comply with All Customer Specific On Site Arrival/Pre-Work/Working/Departure Processes & Procedures.
- Complete Mandatory Box Tests After All Calls.
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: BS7036/EN16005
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Previous knowledge and experience of working on automatic doors is highly desirable.
SKILLS / LANGUAGES REQUIRED: English & other qualifications – Full current driving licence. CSCS Card
