As a Senior Practice Accountant, you will oversee complex financial portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will work closely with both junior staff and senior management, mentoring and guiding less experienced accountants to further enhance our team's overall capability. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in accountancy, particularly within a consultancy environment, and will be adept at building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities- Manage and oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with regulations.

- Mentor and develop junior accountants, enhancing their skills and knowledge in accounting and client management.
- Advise clients on accounting policies, strategies, and best practices to optimize financial performance.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to identify additional services and opportunities for growth.
- Stay current on changes in accounting regulations and standards to ensure compliance and inform clients accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA or equivalent Part/ Fully Qualified.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a consultancy or practice setting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and tools, including but not limited to QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities in a team setting.
