Lead survey activities across design and construction, including survey control networks, setting out, monitoring, reality capture, GIS, as-built verification and final handover. Ensure surveying activities align with engineering, commercial, digital and programme requirements.
  • Technical Assurance & Delivery: Lead technical assurance and quality control, ensuring compliance with HS2 requirements, industry standards and client specifications. Plan and coordinate survey works across all three Lots and key interfaces, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
