IT Operations Engineer (Remote, IN) in London

This is a remote role that you can do from anywhere in India.About the role This role is responsible for executing and owning specific internal IT operations and projects, with a strong focus on device management (Intune, Autopilot, Addigy) and Google Workspace projects.On a typical day as an IT Operations Engineer, you will: Execute internal IT projects related to provisioning, configuration, security, and off-boardingManage and maintain endpoint management systems such as Intune, Addigy and AutopilotConfigure, administer, and support Google Workspace environments for projects and features involving users, groups, policies, security, data management, etc.Support internal teams through a structured ticketing system, resolving issues efficiently and documenting outcomesMaintain high standards of IT security, reliability, and operational quality across systemsImprove IT processes, tooling, and documentationDesired profile At least 2 years of experience as an IT Operations Engineer, IT Systems Engineer, or similar roleExperience working in-house in a 200 to 1,000 person organizationExperience successfully completing IT projects at various levels of technical complexityStrong hands-on experience with: Required: Intune, Autopilot, Addigy, Google WorkspaceNice to have: CrowdStrike, Freshdesk
