The Provisioning Specialist focuses on first-line support for licensing and provisioning of AWS rather than technical troubleshooting.
On a typical day as a Provisioning Specialist, you will:
- Provide first-line support to company end-users with their licenses (ex. configuration)
- Support end-users with use and licensing of AWS
- Pass end-users to AWS and other solution provider support if unable to resolve at first-line.
- Follow specifications and documentation for the AWS vendor platform to diagnose and resolve common issues at first-line.
Desired profile
- 2+ years of work experience in provisioning at a managed service provider (MSP).
- Experience working in a software reseller or distributor business
- Experience supporting a high volume of clients at first-line support
- Strong experience licensing and provisioning AWS
- Strong experience working in a ticketing system
- Understanding of AWS Organisations
- Experience working in a KPI driven environment
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
